1. General

These general terms and conditions apply to all services and activities offered by Power2Heal by Dimitri, including massages, coaching, programs, workshops, and events.

By making an appointment, booking a program, or participating in an activity, the client confirms having read and accepted these general terms and conditions.
The most recent version is always available on the website.

2. Services

2.1 Massage Therapy

Power2Heal by Dimitri offers various massage techniques aimed at relaxation, reducing muscle tension, and promoting overall well-being. Massages are non-medical in nature.

2.2 Coaching

Coaching consists of individual guidance focused on personal growth, awareness, and achieving personal or professional goals.
Coaching is not therapy, nor a medical or psychological treatment, and does not replace such treatment.

2.3 Best-Effort Obligation

Power2Heal by Dimitri operates under a best-effort obligation and not a results obligation. Results cannot be guaranteed and depend on the active participation and commitment of the client.

3. Subscriptions & Credits

• Subscriptions and session packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase

• Extensions are not possible

• Session packages are personal and non-transferable, except by mutual agreement for use by a partner

• Not combinable with other promotions or offers

• Not redeemable for cash

4. Appointments

4.1 Making Appointments

Appointments can be made by phone, email, or online booking.

4.2 Cancellation or Rescheduling (Individual Sessions)

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment via:

• the online link in the confirmation email

• phone

• SMS or WhatsApp

Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled session.

4.3 Workshops, Events, and Programs

• Cancellation up to 7 days before the start: 50% of the amount due

• Cancellation less than 7 days before the start: 100% due

The client may be replaced by another person, provided this is communicated in advance.

4.4 Late Arrival

Late arrival will reduce the treatment time. The originally scheduled end time remains unchanged.

5. Fees and Payment

5.1 Fees

Current rates are always available on the website.

5.2 Payment

• Massages and individual sessions: payment immediately after the session (cash or mobile payment methods such as Payconiq)

• Coaching programs: payment by invoice with a payment term of 7 calendar days, unless otherwise agreed

5.3 Late or Non-Payment

In case of late payment, Power2Heal by Dimitri reserves the right to charge:

• statutory interest

• fixed and/or statutory collection costs

in accordance with Belgian law.

6. Health, Responsibility, and Liability

6.1 Client’s Duty to Inform

Prior to each session, the client is required to provide complete and accurate information regarding:

• physical and mental health

• injuries or medical conditions

• medication use

• pregnancy

• ongoing medical or therapeutic care

This information is treated confidentially.

6.2 Medical Supervision

If the client is under medical or therapeutic supervision (including medication), the client confirms having obtained permission from their physician or practitioner to participate in massage, coaching, workshops, or programs. Participation is always at the client’s own responsibility.

6.3 No Medical Treatment

Power2Heal by Dimitri:

• does not provide medical diagnoses

• does not perform medical or psychological treatments

• does not replace regular healthcare in any way

In case of health concerns, clients are always advised to consult a physician or specialist.

6.4 Liability

Power2Heal by Dimitri is not liable for:

• damage resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client

• indirect damage, consequential damage, or loss of income

Liability is in all cases limited to the amount paid out by the professional liability insurance, increased by any applicable deductible.

Power2Heal by Dimitri reserves the right to refuse participation in a session, workshop, or program if, in professional judgment, participation is deemed irresponsible or unsafe.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

7.1 Confidentiality

All personal and business-related information obtained during sessions is treated as strictly confidential and will only be shared with third parties if:

• the client has given explicit consent, or

• disclosure is legally required

7.2 Privacy & GDPR

Power2Heal by Dimitri complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

8. Complaints

If the client has a complaint, they are requested to report it as soon as possible, preferably in writing. Power2Heal by Dimitri commits to working together to reach a reasonable solution.

If no amicable solution can be found, the client may обратиться to a competent dispute resolution body or the competent courts of Mechelen or Brussels.

9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Power2Heal by Dimitri reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions and rates.
The most recent version is always available on the website and applies from the date of publication.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

All agreements and these general terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law.
Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district in which Power2Heal by Dimitri is established.
