Welcome to Power2Heal by Dimitri!
Before we begin your massage or coaching program, we kindly ask you to carefully read the following terms and conditions. Each agreed-upon coaching and/or treatment related to bodywork, and each registration for an activity, constitutes acceptance of these terms by the client. These terms are listed on the website.
By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1. Services
Power2Heal by Dimitri offers massages and coaching programs.
Massages: This includes various massage techniques aimed at relaxation, relieving muscle tension, and promoting overall well-being.
Coaching: This includes individual guidance focused on personal development, achieving goals, and improving quality of life. Coaching is a process of collaboration and self-reflection, not therapy or medical treatment.
Power2Heal by Dimitri has an obligation of best efforts, never an obligation of results. 2. Appointments
Appointments: Appointments can be made by phone, email, or online.
Cancellations or reschedules: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. This can be done online via the link in the confirmation email, by phone, or by text message/WhatsApp. In the event of late cancellation or no-show, the full scheduled session fee will be charged.
Workshops/events/courses: For cancellations up to one week in advance, the client is liable for 50% of the fee. If the client cancels within less than one week of the scheduled session, the client must pay the full amount.
Clients can, however, arrange for someone else to take their place.
Late arrival: Arriving late for your appointment will result in a deduction from the session's duration. The scheduled end time remains the same.
3. Payment
Rates: The current rates for massages and coaching programs can be found on the website.
Payment terms: Payment is due immediately after the session in cash or via a mobile payment method (e.g., Payconiq), unless otherwise agreed. For coaching programs, an invoice can be sent with a payment term of 7 days.
Non-payment: In the event of late payment, Power2Heal by Dimitri reserves the right to charge statutory collection costs and interest.
4. Health and Liability
Client Information Obligation: You are obligated to provide relevant information prior to each massage or coaching session about your physical and mental health, any injuries, medication use, pregnancy, or other circumstances that may affect the treatment. This information will be kept strictly confidential.
Personal Responsibility: Power2Heal by Dimitri is not liable for any damage or injury resulting from the treatment or from withholding medical information. You are responsible for the choices you make during and after the coaching program.
No medical diagnosis or treatment: Power2Heal by Dimitri does not make medical diagnoses, and the massages and coaching are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatments. Nor is Power2Heal by Dimitri liable in any way for medical complications that arise during or after the performance of Power2Heal by Dimitri's services, which are not attributable to a serious attributable shortcoming on the part of Power2Heal by Dimitri. Always consult a doctor or specialist if you have any health complaints. If you have a medical complaint, you confirm that you have first asked your doctor/specialist for permission to book the treatment.
Power2Heal by Dimitri Liability: Power2Heal by Dimitri is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, lost profits, or loss of data. Power2Heal by Dimitri's liability is in any case limited to the amount paid in the relevant case by the professional liability insurance, plus the deductible.
Medical supervision: If you, as a client, are under medical supervision (including taking certain medications), permission from their doctor (GP, psychologist, therapist, etc.) is required to participate in the workshop/massage/coaching in question. It is always the client's own responsibility to attend/follow the session/treatment.
If the client is negligent in this regard, no liability can be claimed afterward.
Power2Heal by Dimitri always reserves the right to deny a client access to a coaching/treatment/workshop.
5. Confidentiality and Privacy
Confidentiality: All personal and business information discussed during sessions is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless you give your express permission or this is not the case.
