Dimitri Stavrianidis

 

I am Dimitri Stavrianidis, a professional massage therapist, stretch coach and breathing specialist.
My work focuses on relieving muscle pain, tension complaints and stress-related complaints, such as neck, shoulder and back pain, often caused by a sedentary lifestyle, prolonged stress or poor posture.

 

My approach is therapeutic and soothing.
I combine deep massage and stretching techniques with breathing and relaxation, so that not only the body but also the nervous system can calm down. My treatments are therefore suitable for pain relief, stress reduction, and deep relaxation.

 

I always work carefully, respectfully, and within clear professional boundaries, with constant coordination and full coverage during treatment. Safety, trust, and comfort are paramount.

 

With years of experience in deep tissue massage, trigger point treatment, and cupping, among other things, I tailor my approach to your body's needs—whether that's focused on recovery, relaxation, or releasing built-up stress.

 

Since 2018, I have been a certified masseur, a member of the Belgian Massage Federation, and I work according to ethical and professional guidelines.

 

Before my career as a massage therapist, I worked in banking and insurance. That experience taught me how chronic stress, performance pressure, and mental strain become lodged in the body—and how important focused relaxation is to break through this.

Since April 2025, I have been working full-time as a massage therapist, a step I was able to take thanks to the trust of my clients.
